I am looking to make Beef (not Fairy steak or Round/Side Bola) and I would like to know if anyone can recommend one that is VERY SOFT (after being braised for several hours)
I know that in the US and Israel the cuts have different names than here in London, therefore I need to know the ENGLISH name for the beef in question.
If anyone can help, I will be most grateful.
