I wanna give some vitamins to my kids to boost their immune system particularly to my 2 1/2 year old who has a really weak immune system. No more than 2 vitamins plz cuz I need something that I can commit to. I cant commint more than 2 for my whl family. TIA

You could always try a general multivitamin if you feel intimidated about committing to more than 1-2 things at a time (which is totally reasonable) and then for item #2 a good quality probiotic. Probiotics are so important to maintaining a healthy immune system.

Vitamin c combined with pantothenic acid for boost immunity. The combination needs to go together for the c to be absorbed properly.

Try tri-vi-sol. My ped recommends it. It's a liquid my kids like. It has A C and D and the D is super important as most are lacking...
