I was told the KCL does not allow wild salmon. Is there any store in Lakewood that sells wild salmon (and is under a different hechsher than the KCL)?

I don't think so in Lakewood proper. Most are under the KCL. Aisle 9 maybe only under the Satmar Dayan but I also believe he doesn't allow it.
You can try finding a Shoprite with a Kosher Experience fish counter.
