I like making salmon wraps:

I grill the salmon with some soy sauce in my oven.
On the stovetop I saute onions, zuchini and sliced red and yellow peppers, with salt and pepper.

Put some vegetables and salmon in each wrap -- I actually serve it cold and it's delicious.

Eggs 'n avocado wrap

Hardboiled eggs ( you can just use the egg whites) avocado, diced purple onion, mayo salt and pepper. Mash everything like you are making egg salad, put some shredded lettuce and tomatoe and the avocado egg and wrap.

Saute pastrami and onions. I added salt...pepper....then I put in wrap. Close like a blintz then I brush the top with duck sauce. Bake for like 30 min on 350. Its heaven!!

This sounds delicious!! My husband doesn't go for pastrami.. Would it be good with salami instead?

Somewhere on this site is a recipe for sweet potato burritos posted by Shalhevet (I think). It calls for beans and cheese as well and is absolutely delicious and quite filling.
