I try to serve my children fish instead of meat once a week but fish is so expensive I started giving my kids dr prager fishdsicks and then figured for us adults it also would come out cheaper than the tilapia or samom we have been having until now (somtimes we serve tuna too) but is it really healthy?

My kids like to eat those. I make them a couple times a month. There are some ingredients I don't care for, but they are still heads above typical packaged foods found in the freezer.

Not particularly, the breading and the oil are high in calories. Canned tuna and salmon are pretty healthy and economical and there are lots of ways you can make them.
If you're trying to save money while staying healthy look into vegan dishes, lots of variety there.
