I by mistake bought coffe creamr instead of whip to make ice cream. Can I make ice cream with coffee creamer ? What can I do with it now??!

I don't think you can use it as a substitute.
But I recall having a delicious recipe that uses it, haven't made it for a while though will try find it...

It won't whip up with the creamer.
You can make the ice cream out of just eggs if you'd like and we can provide recipes.
And you can use the creamer for coffee or to make ambrosia or use as the liquid in a cake.
