I don't see how the debates will make much difference. If people are voting based on substance and policy I'm pretty sure their decision has already been made. So what's left? To see who can put on a better show? I'm pretty sure Donald will win on those grounds. Then what?

Yeah, I heard someone setting down some ground rules this morning.
But aren't we too old to be ingesting liquid this late at night if we want to sleep through the night? OTOH, I guess it depends what we're drinking. Cheers
I'll be listening.
My husband asked me not to tell him anything, he really wants to stay out of the loop, though he knows he'll hear something at work. He mumbled something about the two liars on stage and I said, Yeah and that's just the moderators. (Apologies to the moderator. Singular, right?)
But I am imagining this scene. Someone was in a deep sleep for a year and wakes up and turns on the TV. And keeps waiting... for someone to pop out of the woodwork and say, "Live from NY, it's Saturday night!"

I am absolutely crazy for watching the debate at 4 am, but watching it I am.

With the lighting on my screen, Hillary's pantsuit looks just like an orange jumpsuit...

No, I will not be doing running commentary.
But I wonder if Mr. Trump would give me a small loan, the same one his father gave him in 1975, adjusted for inflation.

teen dd says the way these 2 are arguing are like little children and neither one is solving anything or answering anything- she said they are quibbling worse than she and her brother. She said forget this and went to bed.

I feel bad for the moderator.

Trump needs to stop talking- ahhhhhhhhhh. If he says China and Mexico one more time.....He is flushing it all down the toilet.

Netanyahu for President!
I need the courage to make aliyah- don't feel safe with either one of these "winners".

The best thing I can say about that debate is that I got all my laundry folded during it.

Perhaps some of the money Trump has saved by buying less TV time could be put toward a muzzle to shut him up when he starts to wander.

And now for the million dollar question: Did the debate change your mind? Did it change anyone's?
