Pickled Brisket
4-6 lb. pickled brisket or deckel
1 c. light brown sugar
1/3 c. ketchup
3 T apple cider vinegar
1 T oil
1 T mustard
Cook pickled roast until tender (I prefer to do it in water in the oven).
Cool and slice.
Combine remaining ingredients in saucepan and bring to boil. Cook until smooth. Pour over sliced meat and bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
