since I am cooking for YT, I plan to start a small freezer stash of food. So far I have meatballs with sauce and plan to make lactation muffins. Any other suggestions?

Chicken with different sauces or spices
Schnitzel
Rice freezes well
Burgers (prep but freeze raw)
Stuffed veggies with meat and rice
Tuna or salmon patties
Soups, especially since the weather will start getting cold
Stews
Kugels

You can also make crockpot freezer meals, that you freeze raw.
Then when you are ready, defrost, dump, cook.

Lasagna- dairy and meat, freeze assembled but not baked
Fish breaded (to bake)
Raw Chicken in a pan with spices/sauces/ rice or vegetables

Chicken Won tons
Ready prepared schnitzel (egg and breaded and frozen to be fried direct from freezer)
Meat balls w/tomato sauce
Sweet and Sour meatballs
Shepherds Pie
Grilled cutlets
Vegetable chicken cutlets
Roast veggies
Mashed potatoes
Potato Borekas
Roast Chicken in every variety
All kinds of meats - steak, goulash, pulled beef, taco meat etc
Deli Roll
