My 5th grader is complaining that most boys in his grade are stronger than him. He feels that boys can play sports better than him and are stronger when "fighting." I'm not sure what I can do to help him but I was wondering if anyone knows of any sort of Sunday club or afternoon club that would be good for him to help him with his strength. We live in Lakewood.

I saw in one of the weekly papers (BP or voice) this week that fitness fusion has boys exercise classes a few times a week.
Also swimming is really good for core and strength, there are a few ads for lessons as well.
Both papers are available to view online

Mr Hanukah used to have a gymnastics program for boys, in Action Gymnastics.
