Has anyone ever baked them?
Also can I leave out sherry from recipe and don't have peanut oil

never baked them. I used regular canola oil, it was fine.I have used sherry but its probably ok without it.

Just substitute any wine you have for the sherry.

I always bake won tons.
I just spray them with pam spray and bake on 425F for 10 mins.
