What can I make Thurs or Fri for YT

Can I make any of these items on Thurs or Fri. and leave it in the back fridge that won't get open our often till Sunday.

Creamed Spinach
Stringbeans with teriyaki sauce
Brussel sprouts with balsamic glaze
Plain sweet potato baked in the oven
Plain boiled potatoes for potato salad NOT dressed
Okra in tomato sauce
Black eye peas
The bulgar for tabouli NOT dressed
Chumus
Tehina prepared
Olive dip

I'd do the dips for sure. And if you're using fresh brussels sprouts, okra, or string beans, you could check and cut them and throw them in a Ziploc.

If you're making any of your own sauces or glazes, that should work, too.

Spinach, Brussel sprouts, okra, using frozen
Can I make these completely with sauce and everything
The cream for creamed spinach is coconut milk
Teriyaki stringbeans is jar teriyaki
Okra is with canned tomato paste lemon sugar and spices

What about the sweet potato and regular potato

The bulgar for the tabouli.

Probably the bulghar would still be as good. Personally, I think all those things taste better fresh cooked, and if everything is ready, they shouldn't take long.

But that's just me.

I hope you get more responses!

Thursday:
1. Chumus 
2. Tehina prepared 
3. Olive dip

Friday:
1. Plain boiled potatoes for potato salad NOT dressed (sealed tightly in airtight container)
2. The bulgar for tabouli NOT dressed (sealed tightly in air tight container)

Saturday Night:
1. Plain sweet potato baked in the oven 
2. Prep vegetables
a. Separate the cream for the spinach and place in a cup or container, keep refrigerated so doesn't melt. And place frozen spinach in the refrigerator to thaw overnight
b. Trim, rinse, dry green beans and refrigerate
c. Measure out the tomato sauce, lemon juice, sugar in a cup or container and refrigerate

Sunday:
1. Creamed Spinach 
2. Stringbeans with teriyaki sauce 
3. Brussel sprouts with balsamic glaze 
4. Okra in tomato sauce

Your so organized

Motze Shabbat schedule is great. I wanted to make it an early night so I can get to Selichot.

On Sunday I also have veg prep for salads.
I like to make containers of diced peppers,cucumbers,tomatoes,radishes, kohl Rabi, etc, each Seperate. That way on YT it's just dump, mix and season.
