There are two. One in nachlaot and one in rechavia on HAari.
the one in nachlaot doesnt have robes and its 20 shekel for just a shower and towel

The number for the Mikve on HaAri is 025632783. Dont have the Nachalot number, sorry!

Ha'ari is much nicer. I don't know if they always have robes, sometimes I've seen them, but they do provide towels. It's between 20-40 shekels depending on if you're prepping there, I think.

What about nail polish remover?
I called them but we have a language barrier

They MIGHT have but I wouldn't count on it. Usually also it's quite busy so I do whatever I can at home so as not to keep the room occupied for longer than needed.

When I was at the one on Rechov h'ari in March, they had nail Polish remover. It also wasn't so busy early on so I did all my preps there.
