Looking for a warm , nice , caring , very knowledgable , experienced pediatrician . Most importantly I need someone to work with me since I am a mum and know my kids .
Basically looking for a doctor who is not adamant , that it's their way or no way

I don't know one, but you might get more replies if you change your subject to indicate that you're looking for pediatrician recommendations (I had assumed you were looking to move to one of these communities). I'm also not sure why you posted in the Finances section, but I don't think you can move it at this point.

We love Dr Menasha from Tenafly Pediatrics. We don't use him anymore because he switched from our current practice to there and our current practice has walk in shabbos hours down the block from us. But we absolutely love him! He's everything you describe.

I love Tenafly pediatrics they have a few offices. I have my dr there that I love but over the year I have net a lot of great drs in the practice. Just not sure what you mean by I am a mum and know my kids ?
