How long do chicken capons need to be baked for

They are chicken thighs with out the bone, skin on..im asuming less time than I would bake chicken thighs with the bone in...

About 1 1/2 hours at 350. Same as bone in chicken since it has stuffing and there's more to through. Can be 1 hour at 400 too just like other bone in recipes. Depends on how you like it and what the surface skin is seasoned / glazed with. Just do what you usually do.

I bake covered for 20 min at 425, then uncovered for about 40 more min at 375.

How long they cook depends on the size, the oven temp, etc. You can check them with an internal thermometer. It needs to reach 165F.
