any ideas for a hot dessert I can serve with ice cream on top? it's gonna be freezing at night in the sukka so I want to make hot desserts. thanks

melt chocolate in a double boiler, and add a little oil. Pour the hot fudge over your icecream.
Voila - ice cream with hot fudge. Easy and delicious

Runny chips
1 1/2 sticks Margarine
3/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tbsp vanilla sugar
2 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
Chocolate filling
1/3 cup cocoa
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 stick Margarine
5 oz. Whip topping
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350; beat margarine, sugar, eggs and vanilla until late smooth. Add rest of ing. Fill muffin pans with battery 2/3 full. Bake for 25 min. While it's still hot, use small liquor cup to press an indentation in the center of each muffin. Allow to cool.
In a saucepan combine filling ing, stir until melted. Let cool. Fill center of each muffin with mixture and freeze muffins. Reheat before serving

I borrowed this from one of the kosher palate cookbooks.
Make a choc. chip cookie dough. Put a tsp. on bottom of well greased muffin tin. Put in two squares pareve chocolate. Another tsp. of cookie dough on top. Bake at 350 for about 15 min.
Serve with ice cream on top.
