Uniqlo has one that is midi length. It isn't particularly clingy in my proper size. It has a scoop neck so I wear a blouse or shell under it. $39.99.

If you're very thin without too many curves, there's a beautiful dress on amazon. I'm usually a small (4-6 bottom because of heavy curves, smaller top) and I ordered a large but it was seriously tight tight tight and I had to return it. I like to show my shape but this was... Stunning material. If you're stick thin, go for it.
