Don't know how many calories, but these are healthy, yummy, and really filling. Make them as mini muffins for a delicious, healthy snack.
1/3 cup maple syrup
2 eggs
1 c coconut milk
1 t lemon juice
1/2 cup coconut oil, melted
1&1/2 cups whole wheat flour
1&1/2 cups whole or quick oats
4 t baking powder
1/2 t cinnamon
dash of salt
1&1/2 cups blueberries

preheat oven 375
mix milk& lemon juice. let sit 5-7 mins. meanwhile mix syrup, eggs and oil and whisk till combined. combine all dry ingredients and whisk into wet ingredients. add coconut mils and whisk. don't overmix. add blueberries and mix into batter. pour into muffin tins. bake 15 mins if mini, 20 if regular (tops will be set).

(I did it all in 1 bowl and it wasn't a problem)

Don’t say such things—it only counts as cake if you frost it! 😉

Idk exactly what your goal is with a low calorie muffin but making a wholesome, nutritious, filling muffin, made with whole ingredients would probably be my first choice.

I mean..... either the muffin will be tiny(and you won't be satisfied) .... or it will have more than 100 calories.

I have a recipe somewhere for a muffin made from almond flour, bananas and eggs. Super simple, wholesome, real food ingredients. Gonna try to find it and post.

You can make them low calorie by making them into mini muffins
Sorry but I don’t think 50-100 regular sized muffins exist

Found this online that I want to try: Way to make a cake/muffin lowfat is to swap the oil for applesauce.

Healthy Chocolate Chip Muffin

INGREDIENTS
1 cup old fashioned oats
⅓ cup brown sugar
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp salt
1 cup skim milk
1 large egg
¼ cup applesauce
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup chocolate chips

INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat an oven to 350 degrees. Spray a mini muffin tin with cooking spray or line with muffin liners.
Combine the oats, brown sugar, wheat flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt together. Mix well.
In a separate bowl, combine the milk, egg, applesauce and vanilla. Once combined, slowly mix into the oat mix. Stir until well combined but don't over mix.
Gently fold in the chocolate chips.
Evenly distribute the mix into the muffin tin until they're about ⅔rd full
Bake for 18-20 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick can come out clean. Allow to cool for 5 minutes before serving.

Yields: 24 Muffins

I sometimes make corn or banana muffins from mix--corn muffins have less sugar so fewer calories. I use just egg whites, and I sub applesauce for half of the oil. I add bulk and stretch the mix by putting in a lot of plain Greek yogurt, and times I peel a zucchini and chop it with the S blade in my food processor and throw it in. By the time I'm done, all told, each muffin has a protein boost from the yogurt, some veggies, and I feel pretty good about eating and serving them!

This is not lowfat at all. Chocolate chips add a lot of calories/fat to it. I used to think muffins like these were lowfat but they’re not.
