I had to pot filled with water and didn't relize I forgot to turn off the flames I came back to find all the water cooked out and the pots are completely black inside no ashes just in color one is also black inside. One I soaked one I cleaned right away with soap and steelwool but in both the black doesnt come off. They are expensive pots what could get them clean,

Use Bar Keepers Friend. Follow the instructions on the bottle. Basically, make it wet, sprinkle on the powder and let it sit. Rub and shine.

Boil up water with baking soda and then let it sit.
