I'm looking for a unique cut of meat that I could make for my anniversary. I always make the , rib steak, minute, club, spare ribs, and flanken.
Do you have a recipe for a different cut of meat that is delicious. Thanks.

I love shank, cut in thick wheels.
Heavily sear the meat.
Remove
Sautée onions, garlic, mushrooms
Add water salt pepper
When it's boiling
Add seared meat
Lower flame
Cover
Cook until tender, about 30-45 min.
Remove cover
Raise flame to high
Let liquid reduce to1/2
Serve this with couscous, roasted broccoli, green salad, a nice dessert.

Rinse, pat dry, and sear for a few minutes on each side. The cut is so flavorful, it doesn't really need anything else. But if you'd like you can make an accompanying parsley sauce or chimichurri sauce.

Ignore the red wine vinegar, just use a splash of it.
And do not process everything together as instructed, rather pulse everything together except the olive oil, and then stream the olive oil in slowly, while the machine is running, until emulsified. Adjust seasoning to taste if needed.
