This is first time I'm washing them in our front loader (with top loader I knew how to do it). I put it on delicate cycle, cool temp. THey came out looking like they fit my 8 year old!
is htere any way to get them back to size?
How do I wash them properly to avoid this?

Not sure there is a way to get them back to size. Maybe someone else has an idea. But make sure to each them cold in the future.
