Can anyone recommend a florist they used? I'm making a wedding in Brooklyn in a few weeks and I have not taken care of this. Any suggestions where and how I can cut costs in this area?

Elegent Flowers on 1544 Coney Island Avenue
718 253 5500
Works with any budget
Speak to Gene

I was able to take care of the flowers in an hour.
But I'm not very picky.

He did a really nice job.

Beautiful Chupa, beautiful bouquet, great center pieces.

When I had to add extra tables he figured a way for it not to cost extra.

Come with a budget in mind and he'll work around that.

find a non-jewish florist who has never done a jewish wedding before. we saved a LOT of money that way.

we also used the same arrangements for the badeken, to line the aisle to the chuppah, and as centerpieces. no reason to pay for three times the arrangements.

Would you consider fresh flowers for the kallo and renting silk flowers for everything else? I live OOT and have no-one to recommend, but there are some stunning silks out there, especially orchids!

Yes, definitely try them. I wanted to post it myself but couldn't remember their name. I've used them several times and was very happy.
