I'm making a "burger bar" as a special treat for my kids. I wanted to use beef fry as one of the toppings. Anyone have any suggestions for how to prepare it so it's going to be yummy on top of hamburgers?
Anyone have any other topping suggestions? I'm definitely making hot pastrami, fried onions, and grilled veggies.

Add guacamole to the list. Yummy!
Anyone know where I can get beef fry in Israel? I miss it.

I think you just stick the strips in the frying pan and fry. No oil necessary
Other good toppings - pineapple rings and pickles slices

Fry til almost crispy - it will continue to crop up if you drain on paper towels at the end.

My kids love beef fry for burgers. We do as others suggested above - fry until crispy.
Avocado slices are also yummy

Onion rings are great burger toppers. So are chow mein noodles, with mustard and duck sauce as toppings. I like crunch in my burgers, if you haven't guessed.
