This is the best.
Egg noodles
Beaten eggs mixed with sugar, vanilla, cream cheese (softened), sour cream, melted butter, cinnamon, raisins (plumped), and farmer's cheese or pot cheese (softened). I use the blender for this. It's real easy. (Except don't blend the raisins)
Mish together and put in a buttered baking dish.
Optional: top with crushed corn flakes mixed with melted butter, sugar, and cinnamon
