The place I moved to after Brooklyn.

I'm surprised to hear that, because although I love Brooklyn (BP), the peer pressure here is terrible and I assumed that smaller oot communities are much better in that regard. Maybe other Brooklyn neighborhoods are different...

So many different medical options available that you don't have available anywhere else. Manhahattan has the largest amount of experts. Easy accessibility of so many things.

Many people that live in New Jersey and not in Brooklyn, come here for job opportunities! It's a buzzing lively city.

And yet I moved away. But I miss some of that. I'm getting used to a suburb type of life. It's very different

It's so nice to read a positive thread about Brooklyn for a change!

I would love to move back there if it could work out for me financially and socially.

I gave this post a like, but it needs more than that. Thumbs Up Thumbs Up Thumbs Up

Though I would prefer to move somewhere else if I were to move back to the states. Lived there all my life before moving out of the country.

Brooklyn is the best.

It's the only place on earth steeped in such history and diversity of people.

Kosher food here is convenient, abundant, and groceries cheap.

Every Orthodox group is here, all sorts of chasidim, yeshivos, Sephardim, etc.

Learning opportunities

I don't live in Brooklyn but I would love to have J Root radio where I live. Even though there is a frum radio station there already.

I also wish that getting my kids to school busing wise (or going by bike or walking)was easy as it is in Brooklyn

Everyone pipe up why is this thread so dead? Other than the outrageous housing it's the best area to live !! So much for all the snobbiness I live in Flatbush and I find people to be very nice here. So bashers step aside !
