I'm considering buying a wig from Ita Fischer, but I've seen some awful reviews on Shaytell about her wait time. Can you share your experience - positives and negatives? I'm specifically looking to hear about (a) customer service and (b) hair quality.

I have a ita fisher wig and every time I wear it I get compliments - regardless of whether it was freshly done or hasn't been washed in weeks...
I do know from myself and other people that it may take time until you're completely happy but she stands behind her product 100% and will do whatever you need done to make you very happy.

It was definitely not a cheap buy, but her wigs are a cut above. For me it was worth it. I can't make that decision for you...

I found the service very dependent on how deep they feel your pockets are. I went there for repairs and got horrendous service but have seen that friends who are coming as likely return customers get vip service.

Thanks Utissis. That's what I'm worried about. I'm willing to spend a lot on a quality wig, but I'm not a big-mouth, "macher" type of buyer. Don't know if I match their "VIP" profile.

Go to sinaya.shes a real mentch and gives you the time of day no matter what. Her sheitels are not overpriced and are amazing quality.

My one is only a year but it honestly looks brand new.
I really love it. Its very thick and full and holds a curl for weeks

There are great reviews on shaytell.com
Check them both out.
The reason why I prefer sinaya is because she actually deals with you as opposed to her staff. She really wants you to be happy
