we used them for a 2nd hand lease . they are basically a facilitator for lease companies in Israel , you can do I yourself with lease4u directly which is their main provider. Its a good idea to take someone with who knows the mechanics of cars as you get a service report and need to understand it plus all the paper work is in hebrew and you have to navigate that yourself . it may be different for a new car lease I have no expereince of that
