I started a business a number of years ago and B"H it has done very well. So well, in fact, that I was made an amazing offer by a large company. They asked me to stay on as an employee to manage the business.
I'd like some advice from others who have done this. The company wants to make some changes which will change the way the business is run. It will actually make it more efficient, but will be different from how I ran things.
I'm having a hard time emotionally transferring from owner to employee. How did you deal with that part of the change? I feel like I just lost my baby, that I built up and am mourning that in a way, on the other hand I'm excited to take the business to the next level
