Would like to get ideas of some good parenting books out there... can be Jewish or not. Which are your favorite and why?

1-2-3 magic
It's a simple system that covers most scenarios, is good for most parents and kids, and is a slim book.
It works when I actually follow through with it!

Roses Among Thorns. Hard to explain why, just every time I read a few pages I am reminded of something I could be doing better for one of my kids. Timeless Torah wisdom.

I recently heard rabbi kaganoff speak and by the q&a afterwards he frequently recommended the book "your children will whistle while they work". I'm not familiar with it, gonna check it out.
