I need whatsapp for work, but I don't use a smartphone. Is there any way to install whatsapp on a computer without a phone? Thank you!

I have whatsapp on my laptop, but I had to register with my husband's smartphone.

My husband has a smartphone with Whatsapp already installed. Would he see my messages if I use his phone too?

Yes because it shows the same messages.
You can try downloading an android player for a conputer like bluestacks and run whatsapp on there. I used it before I got my smartphone. There are others around also; I am just not sure of the name.

You can have what's app on a laptop and install it using any phone that has texting (doesn't need to be a smartphone. Just needs a phone number to register the whats app account and a phone number to text the code.)
