so...how considerate/normal is it that I am calling the upstairs neighbour to ask them to quiet down and they x answering and voicemail hasn't been set up yet? they moved here over a yr ago....my baby has a cold and j got woken up. my 2 yr old has strep throat and can't sleep either. running jumping squealing and yelling overhead isn't helping.
