Morah Sara Leba's playgroup on Quentin and 36th. Sent both my kids there, was really happy. They learned a lot and had a great year.
P.s. - I think Taryag is closing after this year

Yeshivah Derech Hatorah (in the Kingsway building on Nostrand) will have a nursery class next September if they have enough enrollment. It's a boys school but the preschool is coed.
