DD6 often has itching/scratching issues down there. Instead of OTC creams, are there are natural remedies to fix this problem?
*I tried to reduce the sugar in her diet but she has a major sweet tooth and manages to get candy someway or another

Did you rule out pinworms?

I'd suggest you figure out the cause.
If it's worms, then it won't help to treat it as fungal.
Get a doctor to tell you the cause, then you can decide whether you want a natural remedy or not.
ETA:. Tweety, cross post -- great minds think alike.

Pinworms. So contagious. Or she isn't wiping herself properly.
You aren't going to do anything by cutting back sugar. If she's healthy her body maintains a stable blood sugar level, she isn't going to have extra sugar in her body it gets converted before hitting her backside or private part. Repeat yeast infections caused by excess sugar are a sign of diabetes not too much candy.
