I have a milano sheitel and I mentioned to someone that I don't like it because it has a very square head and I can't seem to fix it. She said she's heard other people say the same thing, that theirs is also square. Do you have one? Do you see it on yours? Were you able to somehow fix it?

I've tried on my mother's and I think that you're right. I always assumed that the shape was wierd because it was shaped to her head (and not mine), but I've tried on other wigs of hers and they weren't like that.
That said, of all her wigs she has been happiest with her Milanos- I guess the shape is not an issue for her.
ETA I have a Milano pony and the head is not like that.

I have a Milano and it's not square. I've been wearing it for almost 5 years and I'm very happy with it. Maybe the newer caps are made differently
