I hope someone can help me with this question.
We need to borrow or rent a big (5 bdrms or larger) house for Pesach somewhere between Silver Spring/Baltimore and New York (none of us has a big enough house)
We have been offered a large house in Deal. So, is there even a small Ashkenaz minyan or shul?

Thanks.
But we have a house on offer in Deal, and family members-who-shall-remain-nameless who cannot imagine davening on chag in a non-Ashkenaz minyan.

Yes I'm pretty sure there is an Ashkenazi minyan in Deal, but you should check if they are "open" on Pesach as it's pretty small. There's a Deal Kollel run by a Rabbi Shoner and they have a minyan. When my DD and my niece were born a day apart, DH and his brother davened there on Shabbos and named our girls, and were invited for lunch to the Shoners, eight years ago. I believe they still live there, but don't know their phone #.
