Anyone else messing up their sleep schedules with early Shabbos like this? We finish Shabbos dinner around 530 then I'm so exhausted I fall asleep before 8! Then I'm up at midnight for a few hours! How do you keep yourselves awake Friday nights? (no kids yet) I'm considering just having guests every week but it's not always possible...

Your husband doesn't go to shul? Finishing a seudah by 5:30 when candle lighting is around 4:20 is kind of quick. You also don't need to have your study so early...wait til a little later. Then maybe go for a nighttime walk after dinner.
