Looking for some fresh ideas for our nshei. Has anybody been to any nshei events that were particularly successful/enjoyable or have any ideas to share? Could be any type of event throughout the year. Thanks!

It depends on the size of nshei and what has been done by now. We have Rosh Chodesh parties in our community and I can share some of the activities, bur most of them are not suitable for big crowds.

Food:
1. Decorate your own cupcake or doughnut ( for Chanukah).
2. Cooking competition.
3. Hamentashen baking workshop. Bake hamentashen and give them out in nursing homes or to the non-frum people on Purim.
4. Make your own fruit skewers, flowers, etc - nice to be done around Tu B'Shvat. There are a lot of cool examples on the internet. Combine it with a fruit trivia game.
5. Roll your own sushi.
6. Wine and cheese tasting.
Arts and crafts
1. Make your own havdolah candle - this one is probably messy
2. Make you own beaded serving spoons
Beaded serving spoons
3. Decorate your own apron or tote bag
4. Paint and chill. There are a lot of them around, but it's probably hard to get everyone there. Maybe see if they can send supplies and instructor to your location.
5. Jewelry making
6. Decoupage your own sheitel head or anything else you wont.
7. Rope necklaces making
Intellectual, inspirational events
1. Get some inspiring speaker on the topic of mikvah and combine it with make your own bath bombs
Bath Bombs
2. Parenting or sholom bayis talks
3. Movie night, get a kosher movie or documentary, popcorn, candies. Watch and discuss.
4. Game night - don't know any games, so if anyone can suggest, I'm also listening.
I think it's enough for now. I'll post more if I think of something.

Challah Bake
Amen party
Tambourine decorating (for when Moshiach comes)
Someone mentioned to have a speaker on Taharat Hamishpacha. Mrs Sara Karmeli is fantastic.
Dance-A-Thon They had a dance instructor on stage. You didn't have to do the same moves as her. They served salad bar to go with the whole fitness theme. Some people got sponsors
