I found this in the family first and we love it:
Peel and chunk potatoes, sweet potatoes, squash. Slice onions.
Peel garlic.
Place all this on bottom of large pot. Add chicken pieces (I take skin off). Add a bit of water (quarter cup), spice with paprika, salt and pepper. Cover and cook for 3 hours on low.
