It sounds like my peanut butter pie recipe. It's delicious and so easy.
1 Frozen pie crust - baked according to package (some people use graham cracker pie crust, since my child went gluten free I make without any pie crust, you really don't miss it)
1 cup confectioners sugar
1/2 cup peanut butter - I use a little more, maybe an extra tablespoon or two
Mix till turns into small balls. Put 3/4 on the the pie crust.
1 cup coffee whitener
1 instant vanilla pudding - must be instant
Mix (don't cook). Pour on top of crumbs. Freeze until hard.
1 dessert whip
Whip. Put on top of pudding, sprinkle with rest of peanut butter balls.
