Posting for a friend who is getting married and wants to match her natural auburn (dark red) hair. Not looking for high end to start, just something to feel comfortable in for first sheitel.
Does anybody know
a) which sheitel gemachs might have this colour?
b) which sheitel lines would be best to try?

Sorry to say, if you want a nice red, it aint gonna be cheap. One time I got a very inexpensive sheitel (can't remember which line, sorry) and within 6 months it had bleached out to a strawberry blond. I am very happy with my Kiki (not one of the more expensive wigs out there). I also got a custom from Chani Wizel (Monsey), which was quite a bit cheaper than a Shevy, which was my other option. The custom has lasted me very well, though at this point (nearly 8 years later) I do need to dye it every summer. But I would say I probably got a good 5 or 6 years out of it before I first felt the need to do so.
