Cab anyone give me a weekly menu of suppers that r non milchigs? I need some pareve ideas and some more fleishigs ones....I need to change things up. My kids r really picky. I don't use lots of sauce or ketchup.

teriyaki salmon with roasted sweet potato halves, tofu stir fry with brown rice, lentil soup with chinese chicken salad, sloppy joes and broccoli,
schwarma with israeli salad, hummus, pita and beet or carrot salad,pareve or turkey or beef chili with baked potatoes and avacado, turkey burgers with grilled pineapple and spinach salad, split pea soup with quinoa corn taco salad

Salad: lettuce, tomatoes, kirbies with honey mustard dressing
Pea soup
Rice
Sautéed veggies
Roasted chicken bottoms
Broccoli soup
Tuna patties
Roasted potatoes
Vegetable salad
Beef stew made in the crockpot.
No need for sides, it's a one pot dinner
