I want to try and lighten up our cholent. Has anyone every put a turkey leg in the cholent in place of meat? I thought it might be some nice flavor and be healthier than beef. But, I don't like bones or skin getting in the cholent. So, I can take off the skin, but should I put the leg in a bag or will it be easy to take the bones out? And then, it's borer....This is getting complicated...
