Anyone have an egg noodle recipe also known as "Ayer lukshen" I make it on Pesach but don't have my recipe handy and I want to subsitute the potatoe starch with flour. Can you please give me the measurements . It should be , eggs, water, flour, oil, salt. Just don't know how much of everything. Thanks
