Any recommendations for a good snow bootfor walking in snow on shabbos? Something that will last and isnt too heavy or bulky

My husband likes neos they cover your shoe and go up to mid calf. They are super popular in my community.

This. My husband loves them - Shabbos and weekday, he can wear his regular shoes and feel like a mentch. And he says they are really warm.
