Any ideas for my DH who has started working out at home the past few months.
he lifts light weights.
floor exercise (crunches, planks)
biking.
Any accessories that would make that easier. I'm thinking an exercise mat or something - but anything else that would help make it more pleasant\fun.
Would a smart watch work?
Also does any one have any information on an exercise CD that is appropriate for a Yeshivish Jewish male.
Thanks.

My husband does 'fit yid'. I got it for him from the seforim store. It has different levels and he has really stuck with it.

thanks.
Is it practical to watch from a laptop screen or does it need something larger?

My husband bought an exercise mat for me and I love it.
Other things I love for my workout:
Nice, sleek, comfy sneakers
My Fitbit
