Seeking the hottest, greatest Jewish music relatively recent music (past year or 2). Esp like faster or more dramatic music. Things they play at Eichler's and frum fashion stores and such. Please provide recommendations. Thanks!

Benny's is the latest. Berry Weber's recent CD is also getting rave reviews. I personally was a bit turned off by his rapping, but otherwise it's great.
Other recent releases are Shir 2, and a new one I haven't heard yet by Menachem Moskowitz.
Benny probably has a wider appeal than Berry or Menachem, so your choice would depend on your audience.
