A trampoline. Put a rug under it and have a rule of only jumping ON it, not off of it.
Pretty please don't do this! When I used to live in a basement apartment the first floor tenant had a kids' trampoline (on carpet) right above my bedroom. Waking up with plaster on my face was really unpleasant.
