1/4 c soy sauce
1/4 or 1/2 c honey
3 cubes frozen garlic or some garlic powder
Juice of half a lemon

Mix. Pour over salmon Slices. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Broil for 10 minutes then bake at 350-400 for 10 minutes or so (we like our fish very well
Done).
Adapted from the silver platter cookbook

Spread mustard over salmon. Mix equal parts teriyaki sauce, soy sauce and brown sugar or honey. Pour over salmon and marinate for an hour. Grill or bake.

Having this tonight with perogies!

The easiest is buy a bottle of Mikee's Sesame Teriyake Sauce from the grocery. It's delish! Plus no measuring spoons or bowls to wash afterwards 😃

2C of soy sauce
1/4 cup of candied ginger minced
2tbs of honey

Slowly cook this down till syrupy or half its original volume. Strain into a clean jar. Brush on fish when it's 5 minutes from being done. The remaining sauce keeps for months in the refrigerator. (I actually make this by the quart and use it on chicken and all sorts of stuff. )

I don't have the recipe book. What do you bake it on and for how long?

I marinate 1 hr to over night in the sauce.
Then bake uncovered at 400. It depends how you like your salmon. In my house they like it very well done so I bake it for 25 minutes. But if you like it less well done probably 20 minutes is enough.

Baking salmon really depends on a few factors. Is it fresh or frozen? How big is the piece?
Average size fresh pieces should cook on 350 for 15-20 minutes. Frozen takes much longer, and tail pieces could take faster. The longer you cook it the more dried out it gets
