I've never heard of this cut before but bought it because of the size and sale price. It is 4.25lb and is rather flat.
Does anyone know a good recipe for a marinade? Should I marinate overnight? Is oven cooking low and slow the right method for this cut?

Cook it as you would a brisket. It's a similar cut, but much thinner.
