I'm looking for a Modern Orthodox shul in Brooklyn, the only one I've tried so far is Yavneh Minyan which was nice but I'm wondering if there are any others.
I'm not from Brooklyn and am having a hard time fitting in.

There are several Young Israels worth trying - YI of Ave. J, YI of Flatbush, YI of Ave. K, and YI of Midwood, as well as Talmud Torah.

I heard about this one.
I'm looking for a younger, kid friendly one since I have an infant and would like to find a place to take her as she gets older.

Not sure how convenient it is for you, but Young Israel Of Bedford Bay had nice children's groups when I lived in the area for 2 months a few years back.
